Dave Henderson - President & CEO

Dave is in responsible charge of day-to-day administration dealing with customer relations, business development, financial operations and Corporate planning.  He is “hands on” in the overall operations control while delegating the finite details to the well trained staff that has become the Company’s back-bone.

Melissa Henderson - CFO & Administration

Melissa maintains constant overview of the Company’s finances including receivables, payables, vendor account management.  Since becoming involved in the day-to-day operations of the Company in late 2005, she has implemented auditing programs that have saved the Company countless dollars and improved overall cash flow.  Melissa can be reached at any time to discuss administrative and financial issues.

Zach Stokes - Maintenance / Hardscape Services & Quality Control

Zach is in responsible charge of the Company’s maintenance services and all aspects of that area including day-to-day grounds maintenance, pruning and fertilization.  He performs regular site inspections of the Company’s customer’s sites and performs on-site training for all maintenance crews.  Zach also handles the Company’s chemical use, distribution and training programs for control of weeds, pests and various conditions regarding fungus and plant health and control.

Gail Russell - Bookkeeping 

Gail handles all of the Company’s day-to-day accounts receivable, payable, billing and posting activities.  She can be reached at any time to answer customer and vendor questions and to receive credit card and on-line payment.

Scott Sneade – Manager Equipment Operations

Scott is in responsible charge of the Company’ equipment repairs and Preventative Maintenance program.  With Scott’s daily involvement with the Company’s equipment, we experience “0” down time and provide a service using well maintained and sharpened machinery.
